How long will it take to receive my Moxie order?
Currently all our products are made to order. We need approximately 15 working days from the day of payment to process and manufacture your order. If you’re in a rush please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you do special orders or custom work?
Yes we love custom jobs. Please email email@example.com, we would love to help!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we make use of Float, PayJustNow and Payflex. Please visit their websites for more details.
What is your return policy?
If you are't happy with your purchase you are welcome to exchange for something else, or we could offer you a gift voucher or a full refund provided the item hasn't been worn and returned in it's original condition. We offer returns up to 14 days from receiving. Please note that the purchase price does not include any shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and should assistance be required we can arrange the shipping for R150 (one way fee). Custom jobs, engagement rings, engraved pieces and items on sale are all considered final sale and are not subject to exchanges, gift vouchers or full refunds.
*International returns: Please note that for any international returns, the purchaser must cover the return shipping cost. To initiate a return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally but this is done on a custom basis. Please email us on email@example.com for assistance with this.
Does my order include a warranty?
We include a three month warranty and would be happy to repair any damages as a result of manufacture on our part. Our warranty does not cover damage done or stones that have fallen out. Please note that Moxie is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Before ordering please make sure you have the correct ring size. The best way is to pop into your closest jeweller for a professional sizing. We do also have a size guide on each product page.
The cost to re-size will be R250.
* The first re-size on engagement rings is free.

Where does your jewellery come from?
All our pieces are locally made here in Cape Town.
What gold do you use in your jewellery?
Our standard offering is 9ct white/yellow or rose gold. We only use solid metals and do not plate/vermeil any of our jewellery.
If you require 14/18ct gold or platinum we would be happy to quote this on a custom basis.
